This Spanish-Style bungalow craftsman home, located in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego, CA, was originally constucted in the 1920s.  Clark Architects, Inc worked with the Owners to provide a design concept that would meet their growing family's needs.  Plans include approximately 250 SF of expansion for a larger Kitchen and separate Laundry Room, as well as approximately 150 SF of Bathroom expansion to provide an attached Master Bathroom off the Master Bedroom in addition to a 2nd Common Bath for the household.  A new central open stair will be constructed up to the attic level.  The Owners are also looking to open the Dining Room for direct access to a new side yard patio deck.
